The Nature Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association will hold its monthly professional development luncheon at HPH Hospice in Lecanto. The luncheon is scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2015. Networking begins at 11:30 a.m. and the program is from 12:00 to 1 p.m.
Featured speakers in October are Citrus County Chronicle editor Mike Arnold and production director Tom Feeney, who will share the inside story on how best to work with the local newspaper. Arnold will have tips about creating press releases that get used, getting in front of the editorial board, writing letters to the editor and submitting guest columns. Feeney will answer questions about production and circulation issues.
